We accept bookings for one or more nights, arrival can be any day. Bookings can be made online 24/7 on our website www.goodramgate.co.uk or any of the Online Travel Agencies (OTA) we subscribe to, these include laterooms, booking.com, guestlink, Expedia, Airbnb, Holiday lettings, Hotels.com and agoda, All bookings except Group bookings are payable in full at time of reservation. For Group bookings or general enquiries please call 01904 211020 or 0800 2425450. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Amex and JCB. We cannot accept payment on arrival.
Immediate occupancy of the apartment cannot be guaranteed before 2pm on day of arrival. However, you are very welcome to leave your luggage with us from 11am. Keys can be collected from our Goodramgate Apartments Reception at 2A Monkgate, YO31 7PE up until 6pm each day. If you are unable to collect the keys before 6pm please inform us at least 24hours in advance and we will try to make alternative arrangements. On day of departure the keys should be posted through the reception letterbox by 10:00 am unless alternative arrangements have been made. Again, we are happy to store your luggage for you up until 5pm if required.
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us immediately by email@example.com. If you have not booked direct with us please advise your booking agent (OTA) first who will then advise us directly. If it is more than 14 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your payment in full. If less than 14 days then regrettably your booking is non-refundable. If your booking is on a non-refundable rate then no refund is possible under any circumstances.
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties
We do not take bookings from all male groups.
We DO NOT have private parking on site. Council operated public parking is available 2 minute’s walk away at Monk Bar Car Park, St John’s Street YO31 7QR. You can buy a parking permit for £12 from us which will cover your parking until 10am the following day. Alternatively you can pay over the phone or with coins.
For the comfort of our guests the apartments are completely non- smoking. Smoking in a guest room or communal area will result in a £100 recovery charge in order for us to restore the property to a smoke free condition.
Travel cots and High chairs can be provided at a charge of £10 per stay, we have a limited quantity and are on a first come first served basis. Please advise if required when booking. No bedding or restraints are provided for these items.
There are no extra charges. Your booking includes all bedding, towels, robes, toiletries and a small selection of tea, coffee, milk and sugar to get you started. WIFI is available free in all of the properties. We do however expect our guests to leave the accommodation as they found it. We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning required. Guests are liable for the cost of any damage done to the property and its contents.
An extra sofa bed for one extra person only may be added to certain apartments at a charge of £20/ night. Availability is shown as an option when booking is made.This charge includes bedding and towels for the extra guest.
