BOOKINGS We take bookings for one night or more (unless specifically specified as minimum stay required). Arrival can be any day. To make a booking please call our free phone number 0800 242 5450. We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. A 20% deposit wil be taken at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. LateRooms bookings payable in full at time of reservation.If booking within 8 weeks, the full amount is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit / debit cards, including AMEX. ALL MALE GROUPS We do not take bookings for all male groups. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us asap. If it is more than 8 weeks of your arrival date, we will refund your money minus the deposit. If it is less than 8 weeks we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. We will refund the cost of any accommodation re-let minus the deposit. However, if we are unable to re-let then your payment is regrettably non refundable. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES Immediate occupancy of the apartment cannot be guaranteed before 2pm on day of arrival. However, you are very welcome to leave your luggage with us from 11am. Keys can be collected from Monty’s Ice Cream parlour, directly opposite the apartments up until 6pm each day. As we do not live on site, if you are unable to collect the keys before 6pm please inform us at the time of booking and we will make alternative arrangements. On day of departure the keys should be posted through Monty’s letterbox by 10:00 am unless alternative arrangements have been made. Again, we are happy to store your luggage for you up until 6pm if required. CAR PARKING Public parking is available 2 minutes walk away at Monk Bar Car Park, St John’s Street YO31 7QR SMOKING Goodramgate Apartments is strictly non smoking. If guests smoke in the apartments a £50 charge will be made to cover for deep cleaning. PETS Pets are not permitted in any of our properties. TRAVEL COTS / HIGH CHAIRS These can be provided free of charge on a first come first served basis. Please advise at time of booking No bedding/restraints are provided for these items. EXTRA CHARGES There are no extra charges. Your booking includes all bedding, towels, robes, toiletries and a small selection of tea, coffee, milk and sugar to get you started. WIFI is available free in all of the properties. We do however expect our guests to leave the accommodation as they found it. We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning required. Guests are liable for the cost of any damage done to the property and its contents. SOFA BED An extra sofa bed for one extra person only can be added to certain of our properties at a charge of £20 per night. This charge includes bedding, towels and robe for the extra guest. EXTRA TOUCHES In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we can arrange for wine, flowers, champagne, chocolates, welcome hampers, etc on request. Please call for charges. Goodramgate Apartments reserves the right to alter its published rates, Terms and Conditions if necessary, without notice. We hope you will have a pleasant stay in York.
