Guests Staying at Apartments Located at Monk Bar
Check in: Our check in time for Monk Bar is 3pm. We check you in at our reception located on 1 Lord Mayor's Walk, York, YO31 7HB. You are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us prior to check in time at reception.
We would be grateful if you could advise us of your time of arrival so we know when to expect you. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Check out: Check out is 10am. Keys should be returned to reception or post through the letterbox should reception be closed.
Late check out: Late check out can be arranged, this will further your departure time to 12pm. This comes at an additional cost of £30. Should you wish to arrange a late check out, please advise us as your earliest convenience so we can arrange payment.

Guests Staying at Apartments in York House
Check in: Our check in time for York House is 3pm. You are more than welcome to leave your luggage at your apartment from 12 noon onwards - Please head straight to York House, 15 Clifford Street, YO1 9RG and let us know your arrival time to ensure we can have a member of the team allow you access to drop luggage.
York House is self check in so you will receive your key safe information on the day of your arrival.
We would be grateful if you could make us aware of your arrival time so we know when to expect you. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please ensure to let us know in advance.
Check out: Check out is 10am. Please return keys to the key safe.
Late check out: Late check out can be arranged, this will further your departure time to 12pm. This comes at an additional cost of £30 . Should you wish to arrange a late check out, please advise us as your earliest convenience so we can arrange payment.

Adventures Rest is our newest spartment can be found in the historic area of Aldwark, in the city centre. A short walk from Monkbar and The Shambles.
Our Aldwark property is self check in so you will receive your key safe information on the day of your arrival.
We would be grateful if you could make us aware of your arrival time so we know when to expect you. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please ensure to let us know in advance.
Check in: Our check in time is 3pm at the property, all check in information is sent on the day of arrival, however you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us from 12 noon onwards. Please call our reception team to ask any questions or arrange the luggage drop off.
Check out: Check out time is 10am. Unless late check out is requested.
