Lord Mayor’s Retreat is a recently renovated 3 storey terraced townhouse. The apartment is located within a grade II listed property in the busy city centre of York. The Minster Cathedral is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, there are excellent bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep and guests can fully submerge themselves in what the city has to offer.

This apartment sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedrooms (each with a king size bed) and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/diner and spacious living room with views of Monk Bar through the original sash windows.

A travel cot and high chair can be added at an additional cost with prior notice and subject to availability.

The entrance to this apartment is directly next to Monk Bar, from which you can access the historic York city walls. Please note that this accommodation has two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
